Dear Jean-Pierre,

Many, many thanks for the time you afforded my brother Patrick and I on our visit to your club recently. We were very impressed with the facilities and layout of the course and forsee it as being the highlight of the tour.

It would be our intention to commence operating in France in September of 2004 and have our clients play the course on the final day of their visit to the region, probably playing in the afternoon having had lunch in the club house and , as mentioned, having a farewell dinner and presentation at the Pau golf club.

We did mention the possibility of transporting clients by helicopter to the course but have now decided against this option. It is just as practical to return by bus.

As yet the company has not been named or registered, we envisage this happening in the new year. When the web-site has been established we will forward details to you.

We would be delighted if you could attend the final dinner with the clients as the company’s guest of honour.

For the moment, from Patrick and myself, enjoy the festive season and all the very best for 2004.

                                                                 Yours sincerely

                                                                                                    John Byrnes.
